As the UK prepares for the long winter months Bradford-based accountancy firm Watson Buckle has reflected on its rapid growth during the last three months.
Since August the practice has welcomed four new members of staff and seen two promotions, as it continues to see growth in demand for its services.
Most recently the firm welcomed trainees Nicholas Hesketh and Habeel Khan, along with Daniel Noon, an AAT qualified accountant studying for the prestigious ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) qualification.
Meanwhile, Andrew Padgett has been appointed as an Audit Manager at Watson Buckle having spent more than a decade working for a number of local firms.
Andrew has worked with a wide range of businesses from a variety of sectors and has years of experience in audit and accounts preparation, business advisory and strategic planning.
Susan Sedgwick, Managing Director at Watson Buckle, said: “In the last year we have seen immense growth as a practice which has required us to invest heavily in new staff.
“This is growth is a reflection of the success many of our clients are experiencing after many years of struggle following the economic recession.
To bolster their provision of services, the firm have also promoted Freda Akram and Sandra Robinson to the position of Business Service Manager.
“Alongside the recruitment of staff we have also appointed new senior managers to ensure our practice continues to provide an exceptional range of services to the region’s businesses,” added Susan.
