Ilkley-based online training provider, Virtual College, is celebrating after reaching its latest milestone of two million online learners and is launching a major recruitment drive to support further expansion.
CEO and co-founder of Virtual College, Rod Knox, commented: “We are now in our twentieth year and have seen growth in the use of our online learning solutions explode over the last few years.
Virtual College provides online learning content and training delivery solutions to almost every sector in the UK – from healthcare, to manufacturing, education and catering. At the international E-Learning Awards, Virtual College collected 4 awards including gold for’ E-learning development company of the year.’

“We have ambitious plans to reach twenty million learners by 2020 so we need to recruit additional, talented and enthusiastic staff to service this growth.”
Virtual College now employs over 140 members of staff and is looking to recruit for a number of positions including product design and development, customer account management, business development, customer service and administrative roles.
