Universal AV Receive The Vital Tick and Crown ISO9001 Accreditation

Universal AV Services is committed to the quality services and audio visual solutions it provides to its customers throughout the education, public and private sectors and has recently undertaken an ISO9001 audit, in which Universal AV were recommended for certification.

Fully committed to the ISO9001 process, the company set up a strategic team, wanting to ensure that the processes in place were scalable and reliable, and could withstand the busiest of periods in the AV industry.

Using Alcumus, ISOQUAR, a UKAS Accredited body to achieve the certification the company sailed through the audits.

Carl Harris, Managing Director of Universal AV commented, “It was important for us to achieve the accreditation through a UKAS registered body. The Tick and Crown are seen as being the standard everyone aims for, so to do so at the first time of application is an immense achievement and one which are extremely proud of. We have reinforced systems that were already in practice, we know we provide a high quality service and experience to our customers and this is the royal seal of approval.”
