The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) will be holding its 2014 Annual Conference on 1 April in central London.
Billed as Britain’s best ‘B2P’ – business to politicians – summit, attracting a spate of broadcast, print and online media attention, this is one of the highlights of the business year.
This high-profile event will bring together key representatives from the Chamber Network as well as the wider business community, giving them a platform to network, discuss prospects for the UK economy, and to influence the country’s key policymakers and opinion-formers.
Last year’s outstanding line-up included William Hague, the Foreign Secretary, Vince Cable, the Business Secretary, Ed Miliband, Leader of the Opposition and Patrick McLoughlin, the Transport Secretary. Business speakers included senior representatives from MITIE, BT, the RBS Group and easyJet.
Next year’s conference promises an equally impressive line-up of speakers from the world of politics and business, sharing their thoughts on the future of British and global business growth and on how to help British firms break into new markets – against the backdrop of upcoming European elections and the 2015 general election.
Further information will be made available soon, but in the meantime please save the date.
