Training on offer at The Opportunity Centre

Aspire-igen was proud to be joined by the Lord Mayor of Bradford and Natalie Cramp; Chief Operating Officer for The Careers and Enterprise Company, this month to officially open The Opportunity Centre in Bradford’s City Centre. Based at the Historic Chamber building The Opportunity Centre is a hub of training, employment and enterprise that supports an ambitious program of opportunity for business and people of all ages and backgrounds.

Through their aspire enterprises service, aspire-igen is supporting start-ups and growing businesses with the introduction of a thriving business hub.  With spectacular views of the city and just a stone’s throw from either train station, the business hub is the perfect spot to locate a developing business.

And, that’s not all.  If you need an exceptional board room to impress potential customers, a meeting space for training days or an exhibition hall, The Opportunity Centre boasts prestigious meeting rooms and conference facilities in the event space.

Dedicated to developing businesses, aspire-igen has also recently teamed up with global, digital marketing organisation Mantra Media, to offer a menu of bespoke, online training courses. The courses are aimed at SME businesses, charities, self-employed and government organisations and will support them to improve their online presence.

The suite of training courses will be delivered in the event space and aim to support local people and business to expand their networks and become effective in online marketing.

The first of the training courses takes place over two days on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th April 2017. Titled ‘Online Influencer Training’; it will cover online market positioning, the importance of visuals, website support, social media and content creation.  Want to know more? Click here.

For those wanting to cultivate a profitable prospect list and generate sales through LinkedIn, there is a tailored 4 hour session that covers the basics through to how to use LinkedIn to developing new business and generate sales. Knowing the importance Social Media can play in securing employment, Mantra Media and aspire-igen are also offering a free 2 hours session for post 16 students and recent graduates on how to use LinkedIn to find that top job.
