New letting takes Bradford Business Park to capacity

The two remaining units at a popular Bradford business park have been let in a deal completed by the Bradford office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons.

New tenant Christopher Guy Interiors has agreed terms on over 11,200 sq ft at the GB Business Park on Cutler Heights Lane, off an asking rent of £36,000 per annum. Eddisons acted on behalf of retained client Wharfedale Finance.

Alex Wilkinson of Eddisons says: ‘We are delighted to have put the fully let signs up and in doing so achieved strong rental income for a long standing client.’

Eddisons also provides a range of property management services at the GB Business Park and at other sites owned by Wharfedale Finance.

Simon Kunz of Wharfedale Finance adds:’ The GB Business Park offers high quality accommodation in an excellent location close to the motorway network, which has made it consistently popular with a range of tenants.

‘We have used Eddisons exclusively as our letting agent on the site, so to have achieved full occupancy levels is testimony to their capabilities.’

The park and surrounding area is home to a number of high profile occupiers including Wurth, Signs Express, Johnstone Paint and Barratt Steel.
