After an exhaustive recruitment process, Jan Ormondroyd was appointed as the new Board Chair at Incommunities Group Annual General Meeting held on 26th September.

Jan Ormondroyd said: “I am delighted to be appointed as the new Group Chair at Incommunities.
“I’m really looking forward to this fresh challenge and building on the excellent contribution Dave made as its Chair.
“These are demanding times for the housing sector, however, I am confident the strong foundations laid by our Boards, the Executive Management Team and staff put us firmly in the driving seat to take the business forward and deliver even better customer services.”
Two further appointments have been made with Jo Boaden and Ian Cornelius joining the Group Board. Jo is the Chief Executive of the Northern Housing Consortium and Ian is Commercial Director of Skipton Building Society.
Geraldine Howley, Incommunities Group Chief Executive, said: “It’s great to welcome Jan, Jo and Ian on board.
“Jan will head up our Group Board at an exciting time as we launch our new strategic plan – The Pathway to 2025 – which focuses on growing the business and continuing our work to improve the lives of our customers.
“Dave Procter and Ian Greenwood have both made an outstanding contribution as board members and I’m sure the Jan will bring a wealth.
