These include the sale of a high yielding business park off Tong Street, near junction 27 of the M62. Wharfedale Business Park comprises eight units extending to over 65,000 sq. ft. which currently produces £125,542 per annum. This could increase to approximately £174,000 when fully let.
The site has been bought by Milano Promotions Ltd off an asking price of £1,295,000. Eddisons acted on behalf of long standing client, Wharfedale Finance.

Meanwhile Eddisons has completed the letting of the former Arnold Laver site on Garnett Street in Bradford. The site extends to 1.4 acres and includes five units extending in total to approximately 20,834 sq ft.
S & R Carpets Ltd has signed a seven year lease, off an asking rent of £42,500 per annum. Eddisons acted on behalf of a private landlord.
