Consultation on development plans

Bradford Council (via DTZ) is seeking views on viability for the District’s development plans.

While this consultation is probably quite specific to the property- and construction-based sector, it is still a key piece of work for Bradford’s future prospects and economic success.

Bradford’s Core Strategy and likelihood of creating a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is at the centre of this consultation, while examples of the questions asked are on land values, the right type of houses and properties needed in the future, and approximated build and development costs.

The questions can be accessed on the PDF document here but if you wish to comment please request a Word version by calling the Chamber on 01274 230057. The document  should be returned (*) to:

Stephanie Hiscott, DTZ, St Paul’s House, 23 Park Square South, Leeds LS1 2ND, or email here.¬† Call DTZ on 0113 246 1161 to discuss further.

(* DTZ have asked for replies by 12 Sept but this can be extended upon request.)
