Bradford Council (via DTZ) is seeking views on viability for the District’s development plans.
While this consultation is probably quite specific to the property- and construction-based sector, it is still a key piece of work for Bradford’s future prospects and economic success.
Bradford’s Core Strategy and likelihood of creating a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is at the centre of this consultation, while examples of the questions asked are on land values, the right type of houses and properties needed in the future, and approximated build and development costs.
