Hotel launches new meeting rooms

Best Western Plus Cedar Court Hotel Leeds Bradford has celebrated the launch of 9 new meeting rooms (Thurs 12 May).  Located close to the M606, 20 minutes from Leeds city centre and just a few minutes’ drive from Bradford city centre and railway station, the modern four star hotel is one of the largest independent conference centres in the North.

Thursday’s launch celebrates the newly upgraded meeting room suites which are linked to their own self contained conference café lounge.  The meeting rooms are all fitted with bespoke conference furniture including “eight hour” seating.  State of the art technology includes flexible and moveable equipment including 65 inch LCD screens with instant delegate connectivity via the hotel’s new WiFi system, so a meeting in Beijing can be married with a meeting in Bradford.  With the technology to record questions and comments, share presentations on-screen and send out minutes even before delegates leave the hotel, the Best Western Plus Cedar Court Hotel is setting new standards for meeting facilities in the region.

The first floor café area brings extra value and as a break out space for delegates and to refresh and relax with comfortable seating, unlimited teas, coffees, soft drinks and an array of tempting snacks comprising a combination of healthy treats and homemade cookies.

As well as a complete new look for the meeting rooms research into healthy eating and brain food has resulted in new menus that offer all the ingredients to boost brain power whilst satisfying both taste buds and appetites.  The wide ranging choices are from warming soup and spicy curries to healthy salads and tasty wraps with a selection of fresh fruit and delicious desserts.

Meeting organisers are invited to pop in on Thursday 12th May between 12noon and 3pm when a buffet lunch will be served or for canapés and drinks between 5pm and 7pm.
