AWB Charlesworth Solicitors shortlisted in Skipton Business Awards 2017.

AWB Charlesworth Solicitors are delighted to have been shortlisted for Best Financial and Professional Business in the forthcoming Skipton Business Awards 2017.

Keighley, Skipton, Bradford and Bingley based law firm AWB Charlesworth LLP have expanded their practice in the last year to over sixty staff serving business and private clients across four offices.  The Firm continues to build on the various quality marks and professional memberships achieved in recent years. The Firm’s successful Women@Work networking group regularly welcomes over 60 business women from the Aire-Valley and The Partners and the Practice Manager are involved in the Skipton Chamber of Trade, the Keighley BID committee and the Bradford Chamber of Commerce. The Wills, Trusts and Probate team have assisted their local GP Surgery in supporting those in the local community who are experiencing bereavement or simply need to know more about practical arrangements when someone dies. Partners and solicitors from the Property, Family and Private Client teams also provide advice at local school and college Career fairs.

In addition to this, the Firm’s charitable initiatives have included a French-themed evening; a Dragon Boat race; a charity golf day and a firm-wide Bake-Off. Proceeds from these events have been donated to Martin House Hospice and Partner Liam O’Neill serves on the Manorlands Challenge committee with the firm also supporting events throughout the year for Manorlands too. Local sponsorship is important to the Firm and this year they have supported a variety of sporting and community initiatives.
