AWB Charlesworth Solicitors are re-awarded with prestigious Lexcel Accreditation

AWB Charlesworth Solicitors of Keighley, Skipton, Bradford and Bingley have secured, Lexcel, the Law Society’s Legal Practice Quality Mark, for the seventh year running.

Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments giving assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards.

In maintaining Lexcel accreditation the firm has undergone a rigorous annual application and assessment process including background checks and an on-site visit from an experienced, independent Lexcel assessor.

Felicity Green, Practice Manager, said of the recent reaccreditation:  “We are very pleased to hear that we have once again been awarded the Law Society’s Legal Practice Quality Mark, ‘Lexcel’. The recent confirmation of our Lexcel reaccreditation is further recognition of the hard work put in by our staff to go the extra mile for our clients and our continued commitment to best practice in the management of the Firm.”

The Firm understands the importance of customer service commitment in today’s increasingly diverse, competitive market, and take positive steps to meet high standards time after time. The practice is also accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (“CQS”). The CQS award provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.. Likewise, AWB Charlesworth is accredited by the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (“WIQS”), the recognised quality standard for Wills, Trusts and Probate work.
