- Do you have a fostering friendly staff handbook and/or company policy?
- Do you give staff time off to train?
- Do you give staff additional time off for fostering – for example, unexpected emergencies/welcoming a child into their home at short notice?
- Do you give additional paid leave to staff
- Is this something you’d be interested in developing
