Are you a foster-friendly employer?

Bradford Council is gathering information on ‘fostering friendly employers.’ Please consider the points below and respond direct via the contact details if you are able to help with this exercise.

  • Are you a fostering friendly employer?
  • Do you have a fostering friendly staff handbook and/or company policy?
  • Do you give staff time off to train?
  • Do you give staff additional time off for fostering – for example, unexpected emergencies/welcoming a child into their home at short notice?
  • Do you give additional paid leave to staff
  • Is this something you’d be interested in developing

Information needed ASAP please, but ideally by end of January.
